Simple Exercises can Enhance Memory

It’s often overlooked, but incorporating even simple exercise regularly into your routine will yield significant results. Exercise increases the flow of blood throughout your body, including your brain. It reduces atrophy associated with cardiovascular disease and brings oxygen-rich blood to all your cells.
