Although more research is needed to understand how it works but in the meantime, you can boil it with sugar to make candied lemon or cut it into strips infused with the olive oil of your salad.

Sprig of parsley mostly appear on the dish as a garnish which means not many people dare to eat it. in the real sense, it is a large store of vitamin K and C and for a while, researchers have been studying its role in cancer.
